How does it work?
When you receive your $10 Off coupon in the mail, just bring it in to any of our clinics before April 30th and we’ll take $10 off of the total for your treatment!
We’ll be sending these coupons out over a period of time (unfortunately, you can’t combine coupons) so keep an eye our for our next mailer in the same area!
