Access

Business Hours Access (8-6pm)

Enter from SUSSEX entrance off Kingsway. Stay to the LEFT at the fork and follow arrows to park at MetroTower 1 on P2.

Take parking elevator to Main Floor elevators and push “2-1” on a nearby keypad for the 21st floor, watch for what elevator letter you need to get on, you’ll be taken to the 21st floor, proceed to Suite 2148.

After Hours Access (6PM-9PM Monday to Friday and Saturdays):

If you’re arriving after 6:00pm on weeknights or all day during the weekend you will need to use the buzzer system. The buzzer is located on the right-hand side of the south lobby entrance of Metrotower 1 from Central Ave or next to the P1 entrance if you’re parking in the underground coming in from SUSSEX (For after-hours patients, please double check you have parked on P1 to access the intercom shown in picture 2).

Please press “#-2-1-4-8″ and a representative will buzz you in. Once you’re buzzed into the lobby please use the keypad near the elevator bank to enter “2-1” and the screen will tell you which elevator to enter. There are no buttons in the elevator but it will take you up to the floor as indicated on the display.

Parking

There is underground parking at the Mall on P1 and P2. Follow the signs to ‘Office Towers’ and ‘Metrotower 1’. If you also visit the Metrotown Mall you are entitled to 4 hours of free parking.
