Burnaby Metrotown

We are situated within walking distance of the Metrotown SkyTrain station, making it easy to visit us via public transit.

After Hours Access Instructions

(6 PM–9 PM Monday to Friday, all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and Stat Holidays)

1. Find the buzzer system and buzz painPRO
   • If entering from Central Ave (south entrance), the buzzer is on the right-hand side.
   • If entering from the P1 underground parkade, the buzzer is next to the entrance.
   • Scroll through the list until you see painPRO and press Call. A painPRO representative will buzz you into the building.
2. Get to the lobby elevators
   • If coming from the parkade, take the parkade elevator up to the lobby floor and then switch to the main lobby elevators.
   • If entering from the front entrance, walk directly to the lobby elevators.
3. Enter the access code
   • At the keypad near the lobby elevators, type in 21.
   • When prompted, enter the elevator code: 471015.
   • The screen will tell you which elevator to use. Please note there are no buttons inside – the elevator will automatically take you to our floor.
4. If you need help
   • If the buzzer system isn’t working, please call us immediately at 604-409-4318.

Parking

There is underground parking at the Mall on P1 and P2. Follow the signs to ‘Office Towers’ and ‘Metrotower 1’. If you also visit the Metrotown Mall you are entitled to 4 hours of free parking.
