Bio

Stephen completed his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. He holds certifications in IMS/Dry Needling and Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy (Level 1).

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin, Stephen’s treatment philosophy is to empower clients to reach their goals and highest functional potential – whether it’s returning to sports, work, or everyday activities. His holistic approach combines manual therapy, targeted exercise prescriptions, and evidence-based modalities to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.

As an avid sports enthusiast, Stephen draws from his experience in competitive volleyball, tennis, and soccer, as well as his background in hip-hop dance as both a competitor and teacher. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him enjoying these activities or engaging with the local community.
