Samira Etrati KIN
Samira is a kinesiologist with over a decade of experience in fitness, movement science, and rehabilitation. She combines a background in Architectural Engineering and Kinesiology to support clients in restoring movement, improving function, and building confidence with exercise.
Her approach is informed by both clinical training and personal rehabilitation experience. After recovering from a knee injury and back injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident, Samira understands the physical and psychological challenges associated with pain, recovery, and fear of movement. She uses evidence-based exercise therapy, education, and gradual progressions to help clients move safely and sustainably.
Samira works with individuals recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve posture, mobility, and functional strength. She values collaborative, multidisciplinary care and focuses on empowering clients with the tools needed for long-term movement and recovery.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, strength training, and indoor climbing.
