Dr. Manvir Sahota was born and raised in the Northern BC town of Williams Lake, BC, where she has been an active part of the community. She was first introduced to Vancouver and the surrounding community when she attended the University of British Columbia to complete a Bachelor of Science degree. After her undergraduate studies she moved to Portland, Oregon to complete a Chiropractic degree, where she developed a passion for healthcare and rehabilitation.

Dr. Sahota’s skills and dedication to performance therapy have awarded her the opportunity to work with the UBC Track and Field team. She takes a movement based and patient centered approach to provide holistic health care. With a combination of chiropractic, rehabilitation and patient education she works to get her patients back to their daily routines – whether this means athletic training, weekend warrior activities or spending time with family.

Through her continued education, Dr. Sahota has been certified in Active Release Technique® (ART®), instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and RockTape fascial movement taping. She is a passionate learner and continues to expand and hone her skill-set with further education and training.

On her days off you can find Dr. Sahota on the Vancouver seawall, hiking in North Vancouver, and enjoying the food scene in downtown!
