Lauren holds a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the
University of British Columbia. She has also earned her Canadian Orthopedic Division
of Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Level 1 Certification. Lauren brings
valuable experience working with a diverse range of populations, including older adults,
individuals with arthritis, those recovering from sports injuries, return-to-work clients,
and patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. With an extensive dance
background herself, she has a special interest in treating dance and performing arts-
related injuries.
Lauren is dedicated to utilizing a holistic, patient-centered approach, seamlessly
integrating movement, exercises, manual therapy, and evidence-based education into
her treatment plans. She is committed to creating personalized treatment strategies that
align with her patients’ unique goals. Placing a strong emphasis on patient education,
Lauren ensures her clients are well-informed about their conditions and are actively
engaged in their recovery journey. Her mission is to empower clients to take control of
their health, restore function, and return to the activities they value.
