Bio

Jackie Moon is a Registered Acupuncturist who completed the Acupuncture Program at Vancouver Career College.

Before transitioning to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Jackie was a passionate educator in Korea for over 10 years. She holds a Master of Applied Linguistics from the University of Melbourne in Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Literature from Chung-Ang University in Korea.

After immigrating to Canada in 2018, Jackie faced two rear-end motor vehicle accidents. Through the power of TCM, her health gradually improved, inspiring her to embark on this transformative career path.

Jackie believes that TCM can address a wide range of conditions, including motor-vehicle injuries, chronic pain, musculoskeletal disorders, and mental health issues such as insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. She incorporates a variety of TCM techniques into her practice, including Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, Electroacupuncture, Guasha, Auricular Therapy, and Acupressure.

Currently, Jackie is expanding her expertise by pursuing a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner course at Tzu Chi International College of TCM. This advanced training will enable her to offer non-invasive, natural herbal therapies to support a holistic and balanced lifestyle.

Fluent in English, Korean, and Japanese, Jackie’s diverse background allows her to provide personalized, culturally sensitive care to her patients.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys staying active through gym workouts, swimming, and badminton.
