Bio

Dr. Zaiq Rana is a dedicated chiropractor with a year and a half of clinical experience, helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and optimize movement. His passion for healthcare began early as one of the youngest volunteers at Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, where he developed a deep commitment to patient care.

Dr. Rana earned his degree in Kinesiology before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). In his final year, he gained invaluable hands-on experience during a comprehensive internship at Sherbourne Health Clinic and St. Michael’s Hospital—the only hospital in Canada with a chiropractic clinic. This allowed him to work within a multidisciplinary setting, treating complex musculoskeletal conditions in a diverse patient population.

With a background as an international athlete for Team Canada in field hockey and an assistant coach for the varsity women’s field hockey team at the University of Western Ontario, Dr. Rana has a strong understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He is also a certified personal trainer and certified in IASTM therapy using the Kazemizer shark tool, further enhancing his ability to address musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

Dr. Rana’s treatment approach integrates spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and personalized rehab exercises to help patients move and feel their best. Whether you’re an athlete, an active individual, or someone seeking pain relief, he is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to help you achieve your goals.
