Jessica became interested in health, anatomy and rehabilitation after experiencing ongoing postural strain and muscle tension from daily life and long hours of work and study. Feeling the profound benefits of massage therapy firsthand led her to complete her RMT program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). Although she has a special interest in posture correction, stress relief and everyday muscular discomfort, Jessica's goal as an RMT is to support, empower and educate clients to improve their physical health and overall quality of life.
Jessica has participated in numerous community outreach and wellness initiatives throughout the Lower Mainland, including local health clinics, community care facilities and wellness events. Some of the techniques she uses in practice are Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, gentle deep tissue techniques, therapeutic stretching, mobility work and personalized homecare programs.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys staying active with gentle fitness, yoga, walking and spending time outdoors. Committed to lifelong learning, she is continuously expanding her skills to better serve her clients. She is currently pursuing further education in pain management and wellness, with the goal of combining her knowledge and care to support clients in achieving long-term physical comfort and balance.
