Shireen is a 2010 graduate of UBC’s Human Kinetics program with extensive experience in physical rehabilitation, specializing in neurological disorders, concussions, orthopaedic injuries, and motor vehicle accident recovery. Known for her upbeat personality and her talent for inspiring, motivating, and challenging her patients, Shireen creates innovative, customized functional fitness programs tailored to each individual’s goals. She believes exercise should be effective, enjoyable, and often accompanied by a smile.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Shireen making the most of Beautiful British Columbia – running, hiking, camping, and adventuring with her family. Always chasing new challenges, she has completed an ultra-marathon and claimed first place in her age category at the Vancouver Triathlon in a Sprint distance and completed her first half-Ironman. On a sunny day you can also spot her riding her candy surf blue Kawasaki motorcycle. If you spot Shireen, be sure to let her know!
