Raman is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s Degree in Psychology, specializing in Health Psychology and Child & Adolescent Development. She offers a safe, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental counselling space where comfort, warmth, care, compassion, and empathy are prioritized. Her approach is inclusive, accessible, and approachable, ensuring a supportive environment for all individuals. Together, you & I will build coping skills and resiliency and transform patterns that hinder your goals and desired life.

She utilizes evidence-based therapeutic frameworks to offer a holistic approach to healing. Such framework integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness practices. In addition, she also includes trauma-focused interventions, person-centred strategies, and strength-based principles to best support your unique needs and goals.

Raman offers bilingual counselling services in English and Punjabi. She creates a culturally competent and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued.

Outside work, she enjoys going to the gym, exploring new restaurants and cafes, and spending quality time with her family and dog. Cooking is one of her favourite hobbies, allowing her to be creative and unwind. These activities help her maintain a balanced lifestyle and bring energy and focus to her professional endeavours.
