Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Lauren has completed her Master of Physical
Therapy (MPT) and Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKIN) from the University of British
Columbia. She has also earned her Canadian Orthopedic Division of Advanced
Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Level 1 Certification. Lauren brings valuable
experience working with a diverse range of populations, including athletes, older adults,
return-to-work clients, post-surgical clients as well as patients recovering from motor
vehicle accidents. With an extensive dance background, she has a special interest in
treating dance and performing arts-related injuries.
Lauren is dedicated to utilizing a holistic, patient-centered approach, integrating
movement, exercise, manual therapy, and education into her treatment plans. She is
committed to creating personalized treatment strategies that align with her patients’
unique goals. Placing a strong emphasis on patient education, Lauren ensures her
clients are well-informed about their conditions and are actively engaged in their
recovery journey. Ultimately, her mission is to empower her clients to regain function,
manage their health and return to the activities they enjoy.
