Registered Massage Therapy

Years in Practice

Adele first got interested in massage therapy when she was 17 years old. A car accident and years of chronic soft tissue pain from injuries kept her on the health industry allowing to better care for herself and others. She completed the 3000-hour program from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Adele believes in combining therapeutic massage techniques and relaxation massage as part of a tissue recovery while at the same time reducing stress. This can involve relaxing overworked muscles combined with prescriptive exercises to help strengthen weaker muscles. She has a particular interest in treating myofascial trigger points, headaches and/or migraines, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, asthma, pre- and post-partum pregnancy, and an empathetic understanding of today’s “desk warriors” suffering from neck and shoulder soreness. She welcomes you to work with her to help with your pain relief and stress reduction.
